MOVING!
My roommates + Sean and his roommate Brian are moving tomorrow into a nice 3-bedroom place in the Sunset. It's closer to USF and it's BIG, so all of you have to come visit when you get back =) Also, Bill, that means that if you need a place to crash while you're looking for a place, you know where to go =)
Reading-wise, a bunch of us in our church are reading through a book called The Reason for God by Tim Keller. I don't know if there's a chinese version out there, but it's pretty easy to read and down-to-earth. This week we're studying the issue of Science and God. Remember when I gave that talk about Evolution versus Intelligent Design? It's a little like that. His basic point is that science cannot disprove God because it is only limited to the natural realm. Through science we can only test things that are tangible. But things like emotions, thoughts - you can't really PROVE them. We just know them to be true. Similarly, when we talk about God, it's less about science and more about philosophy and who we are. So, science is cool (of course...I'm a scientist!) but it's also limited. Anyway, just a little food for thought.
Gotta get back to writing my thesis... =)

What's up
Hey guys,
Long time no see, miss you all. Thanks alot Angell for starting this blog.
So many things have happened in the past months, some good some bad.......anyway right now I am doing an internship at Ernst&Young at my hometown 9-6 every weekday...kind of new to me but I am getting used to it. Looking foward to hear from you guys, see you in about a month.
PS: Almost forgot, I am reading several books at the moment: one study guide for CPA, two books from EY, and the little book you guys gave me about god.
take care
Bill

Welcome!
I decided to start this blog so that we can keep up with one another and also talk about different things we're reading through, experiencing, or thinking about. Feel free to write whatever you want. If you go on a cool trip, let us know and post pictures. If you read a good book, tell us about it. Or if you are just thinking about something that's cool too =)
